JCPenney Store in WV

Only one JCPenney store in West Virginia is being closed for now. The company previously announced a long list of store closings but the only one in the Mountain State that will shut down is in Martinsburg’s Foxcroft Towne Center. Thousands of employees will be impacted by the store closings across the country.
