Hybrid Patrols Make More Arrests

After conducting three undercover stings last week, the Charleston police hybrid unit arrested eight people in a sting Thursday in Kanawha City. WCHS TV reports the arrests came for prostitution and outstanding warrants, and three of the people arrested were in possession of needles at the time of their arrest. Since the beginning of February, the hybrid unit has arrested 27 others, at sites including Capitol Market and Smith Street, and at the Charleston Town Center.
