Huntington Police Chief loses battle with cancer

Huntington Police Chief Joe Ciccarelli has lost a long battle with cancer. Sixty-year-old Ciccarelli passed away Monday night. His law enforcement career spanned 40 years, and he served as a detective and in the FBI. Ciccarelli had been chief since 2014.
