Hanging Rock Closes Sissonville Road

Watch for emergency personnel on one Sissonville road. The West Virginia Department of Highways says a part of Route 21 (also known as Sissonville Drive) is shut down again today near the 4200 block due to an overhanging rock. Crews will be blasting and removing the rock and only emergency crews are allowed through.
