Gov. signs bill dismantling the Department of Education & the Arts

Governor Jim Justice has signed a bill that will dismantle the state Department of Education and the Arts. Justice says his goal is to create a new Department of the Arts and Culture and History. The bill will move the existing agency into the Department of Education and the Department of Commerce. It’s not clear when or how a new department will be created.
