Getting a permit may get easier

Getting a permit in West Virginia just got easier. Governor Justice issued an executive order that deals with permits for projects that are considered economically critical. Those projects could receive a special certificate expediting the rest of the permitting process. Justice says the state has consistently ranked near the bottom for it’s regulatory environment, and it’s an area that needs improvement.
