Sports betting is underway in West Virginia. Delegate Jason Barrett placed the first bet Thursday at Hollywood Casino at Charles Town Races. Barrett put 50-dollars down on WVU to win the national football championship. The sports book had a soft opening yesterday, and will officially open to the public tomorrow morning.
