Friendly wagers over bowl games

Marshall University is set to take on Colorado State in the New Mexico Bowl. West Virginia Secretary of State Mac Warner has a friendly wager with Colorado Secretary of State Wayne Williams and the two will make 50-dollar donations to food banks in each state. Warner has made a similar wager with Utah’s Lieutenant Governor Spencer Cox over the WVU Bowl game as they take on Utah in the Heart of Dallas Bowl.
