Former state Supreme Court justice due in court
Former West Virginia Supreme Court Judge Menis Ketchum is due in court today for a plea hearing. Ketchum pleaded guilty to one count of wire fraud for personal use of a state vehicle and fuel card. He faces up to twenty years in prison and a 250-thousand-dollar fine.
