Father charged with felony child abuse

A father is charged with felony child abuse for throwing his infant across the room and into a piece of furniture. Twenty-one-year-old Dylan Ryan slammed the crying infant against a swing set. The two-month-old suffered nine skull fractures and other injuries. She was flown to Ruby Memorial Hospital with injuries to 40-percent of her skull.
