Fall burning laws go into effect today

West Virginia’s fall burning laws go into effect today. No burning is allowed from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. through the end of the year. Officials say fires spread easily this time of year, and the laws are in place to reduce the risk of fires getting out of control.
