Doctor guilty of sexual abuse

A Charleston doctor is guilty of sexual abuse…Dr. Steven Matulis is accused of molesting patients while they were under anesthesia. Matulis is charged with one count of first-degree sexual abuse, which carries up to a five year sentence. Two other charges were dismissed las month. There are several civil cases pending against Matulis for inappropriate touching.
