DEA to Hold Conference in Charleston

The DEA will talk about the drug epidemic at a meeting later this month in Charleston. They’ll cover the major issues like doctor shopping and illegal prescriptions, and also people stealing from pharmacies to feed addictions. The Practitioner Diversion Awareness Conference happens September 29 and 30 at the Charleston Marriot Town Center, and it’s free for doctors, veterinarians, dentists, physician assistants and nurse practitioners.
