Cuts by Justice

Governor Jim Justice might as well hand out scissors to lawmakers when they return to work next week. The governor is expected to seek budget cuts that could range from 390-million to 606-million dollars. The February 8th State of the State Address is when the new governor is expected to make his case for the extreme budget cuts.
