Counties Get Federal Funding After July Storms

President Barack Obama has signed a disaster declaration for portions of West Virginia that were slammed by severe weather last month. The declaration provides federal funding for emergency work and to fix or replace of structures damaged by storms, high winds, flooding and landslides. The severe weather occurred from July 10 through July 14 and affected counties including Clay, Lincoln, Logan, Nicholas, and Roane.
