China plans to invest billions in WV
China Energy Investment Corporation plans to invest nearly 84-billion-dollars in shale gas development and chemical manufacturing projects in West Virginia. West Virginia Secretary of Commerce H. Wood Thrasher signed a memorandum of understanding with China’s Energy President. President Trump was in Beijing to witness the agreement.
