Bids rejected for I-70 project

Governor Jim Justice says a bids for bridge and paving work on I-70 in Wheeling have been rejected. The project includes repairing or replacing 25-bridges and paving on the Interstate-70 corridor. The lowest bid was over 275-million-dollars, and the Governor says that was higher than expected. The state Department of Transportation will reevaluate the project so bids can be made again.
