Attorney General says teacher strike is illegal
West Virginia Attorney General Patrick Morrisey says he’s ready to take legal action if the teacher strike isn’t over soon. At a news conference yesterday Morrrisey sai d he believes the work stoppage is unlawful, and that there are legal options available at both the state and county level.
