Assistant Principal admits to using school debit card to purchase wedding items

The West Virginia Ethics Commission has reprimanded a Mingo County school administrator for using a district debit card to purchase items for her wedding. Mingo Central Comprehensive High School Assistant Principal, Marcella Charles-Casto admitted to purchasing table cloths and chair covers with her Board of Education purchasing card. As part of an agreement she’ll pay a two-thousand-dollar fine.
