Armstead sworn in as state Supreme Court justice

Former Speaker of the House of Delegates, Tim Armstead, was sworn in Tuesday as a West Virginia Supreme Court justice. Governor Justice appointed Armstead and Congressman Evan Jenkins to fill vacancies on the court after the retirement of Menis Ketchum and the resignation of Robin Davis. Jenkins will be sworn in October first.
