Another charge against Loughry
Suspended West Virginia Supreme Court Justice Allen Loughry is facing additional charges. Federal prosecutors added an obstruction of justice charge on top of the 22 counts the judge is already facing. The new count accuses Loughry of impeding a pending federal grand jury investigation.
