Flags at half-staff to honor Del. Deem

Flags are at half-staff at the Capitol Complex and at all state facilities in Wood County today. Governor Justice ordered the flags to be displayed at half-staff to commemorate the life and service of House Delegate Frank Deem, who died Wednesday. Deem represented Wood County for 48-years.
