WV House will pick new Speaker next week

House Speaker Tim Armstead resigned this week to run for the state Supreme Court. The House of Delegates will be called back next week to pick a new speaker. Democrats and Republicans will caucus privately to settle on a candidate for the seat, and then there will be a vote on the House floor Wednesday morning.
