Autistic girl is missing

Charleston police are looking for a missing 19-year-old autistic girl. Samantha Jo Bailey was reported missing Wednesday. She was last seen near the Charleston Civic Center. Bailey is five-feet tall, two-hundred pounds with auburn hair and blue eyes. She may be with a man named Isaac. Call Charleston Police if you have any information.
