Fatal head-on crash in West Portsmouth

One person was killed in a head-on crash in West Portsmouth, Ohio. Two vehicles crashed last night around 7p.m. on State Route 125. Forty-one-year-old Rocky Messer died at the scene. Another victim was flown to Cabell-Huntington Hospital in serious condition. The cause of the crash is under investigation.
