WV Senators divided on Supreme Court nominee

Republican Senator Shelley Moore Capito is giving a thumbs up to President Trump’s Supreme Court nominee Judge Brett Kavanaugh. Democratic Senator Joe Manchin says he wants to look over Kavanaugh’s findings, records, and everything he’s ruled on before giving him the green light.
