“The Spirit of West Virgina” unveiled today

Governor Jim Justice and Major General James Hoyer will hold a news conference this morning to discuss the positive economic impact of the West Virginia National Guard, and the 130th Airlift wing will unveil a C-130H dubbed “the Spirit of West Virginia”
