Nicholas County man convicted of murder

A Nicholas County man has been convicted of second-degree murder. Sixty-five-year-old David Geier was sentenced to fifteen years in prison. Police found the body of Teresa Gwinn inside a refrigerator in April of 2017 at a home in Richwood. Police believe she was strangled during a fight.
