4-year-old hit by a car

A 4-year-old is recovering this morning, after being hit by a car yesterday morning on Chestnut Street at Eagle Way. The child was with an adult at a Par Mar store when he ran into traffic and was hit. The child was transported to CAMC General and is being treated for non-life threatening injuries. No charges were filed.
