Police arrest man who jumped into the Ohio River

Ohio police have arrested a man who evaded officers following a traffic stop by jumping into the Ohio River. Dakota Neff was arrested in Rome Township Monday night. Police say they believe Neff hid until the search was called off and then went to the hospital for treatment.
