Suspicious package outside United Center

The Kanawha County bomb squad responded after a suspicious package was found under a bench outside United Center. Someone called 911 after they saw a suspicious looking man slide a bag under a bench and leave the area. The package was not a threat, police found used hypodermic needles in the bag.
