West Virginia water crisis settlement

A judge has approved a final settlement in the West Virginia water crisis. Checks could be sent out as early as May. Nearly 64-thousand claims have been filed to receive a share of the 151-million-dollar settlement in the class-action lawsuit filed over the 2014 MCHM chemical spill.
