Police find a homemade explosive device in a man’s pocket

A Boone County man is in jail , arrested for having what appeared to be a homemade explosive device. Casey Moore was arrested Monday in Racine Park. Police responded to a disturbance call that a man was loitering outside the Head Start Building, when they found Moore with the device in his pocket. As a precaution students were dismissed early.
