WV is a happy place to work

West Virginia is a happy place to work. Career test experts Sokanu released its yearly survey of happiest states to work and says West Virginia slipped three slots to fifth place. Hawaii claimed the top spot with the happiest workforce in America for the second year in a row, with Alaska and Wyoming rounding up the top three.
