Sobriety checkpoint Friday night

The Kanawha County Sheriff’s Office will set up a sobriety checkpoint Friday night as part of its Zero Tolerance policy on drunk and impaired driving. It will be in place from 7 to midnight on Big Tyler Road in Cross Lanes. The Governor’s Highway Safety Program helps sponsor the checkpoint.
