Trash piled 10 feet deep in Fayette County home

A Fayette County man is in jail this morning, after deputies discovered him living with his two children in a house full of trash. Wayne Kelly is charged with two felony counts of child neglect. Kelly’s home on Deepwater Mountain was stacked with 50 trash bags as high as ten feet. Child Protective Services are taking care of the kids.
