WVU Tech Move to Beckley is Being Reviewed

West Virginia Higher Education Chancellor Dr. Paul Hill told a legislative interim committee Monday WVU has submitted its notice of intent to move existing academic programs from WVU Tech in Montgomery to Beckley. Hill was asked about a 2008 law that requires WVU Tech to have its headquarters in Montgomery. Hill said his staff attorney is reviewing the language in state code.
