WVU Paychecks Delayed by Glitch

Some West Virginia University employees who were expecting their paycheck on Black Friday are waiting until today. A spokeswoman said 11,507 of the school’s about 15,000 accounts were not processed due to a delayed payroll distribution. They have been working with banks in hopes they will work with employees who might have an overdraft charge, and the school also will assist employees with questions or other issues, the spokeswoman said.
