WV uninsured

West Virginia is one of the states with the largest drop in uninsured residents. Between 2013 and 2015, 147-thousand became insured. The figures that were released yesterday indicate that roughly six percent of the population remains uninsured. That’s a huge improvement over the 14-percent who were not insured in 2013.
