WV State cars aren’t driven enough

A state audit shows that more than half of the state owned cars aren’t driven enough. The state’s Fleet Management Office says over 50-percent of the cars in their fleet did not meet the minimum standard of 11-hundred miles per month. The Department of Transportation had the most under-utilized vehicles.
