Woman arrested for snatching purse

A woman is under arrest for stealing a purse at a downtown restaurant. Twenty-two-year-old Amber Combs is accused of stealing another woman’s purse at Qdoba, inside Town Center Mall. Restaurant patrons chased Combs for half-a-block before taking her down in the Court Street median and holding her there until police arrived. Combs is charged with petit larceny.
