Woman accused of stealing from elderly father

A Beckley woman is accused of taking about five-thousand-dollars from her father’s account designated for his care at an Oak Hill assisted living facility. Twenty-four-year-old Cinda Meador is charged with financial exploitation of an elderly person. She turned herself in Tuesday morning.
