West Virginia unemployment is up

Unemployment is up in West Virginia. The overall rate statewide hit five-percent. Workforce West Virginia says unemployment was up in all 55 counties. Calhoun County had the highest unemployment rate at 9-point-5 percent, Jefferson County the lowest at 3-percent.
