West Virginia college enrollment slips

Enrollment at West Virginia colleges is down, but only slightly. The West Virginia Higher Education Policy commission numbers show a two-tenths of a percent drop since the fall of 2016. The commission is anticipating an increase in enrollment since high school attendance is up.
