Veteran’s Day Parade Set for This Morning

Veterans will be honored with a parade in downtown Charleston. Sen. Joe Manchin and Secretary of State Natalie Tennant are among the dignitaries participating in the annual Veterans Day Parade at 9 a.m. today. Manchin is scheduled to deliver the veteran’s tribute at Haddad Riverfront Park later in the morning. Manchin also will attend Military Appreciation Day at the University of Charleston.
