Two people arrested for child neglect

Two people are in jail for neglecting a two-year-old child. Miranda Lilly and Jesse Springstead are charged with child neglect. Fayette County deputies were called to the Hillcrest Motel, in Lookout, and found the child with a head injury and other signs of abuse and neglect. The child is being treated at a Charleston Hospital.
