Trick-or-Treating teenager hit by car

A teenager is recovering after she was hit by a car while trick-or-treating. It happened Tuesday night in Dunbar at 18th Street and Charles Avenue. The driver of a red SUV didn’t stop. Police are still looking for the driver.
