Man accused of sending threatening letter to Gov. Justice

A Clarksburg man is accused of sending a threatening letter to Governor Jim Justice. Fifty-two-year-old Donald Criss is charged with threatening terroristic acts. Capitol police say fingerprints on the letter match Criss. He was taken into custody Monday.
