St. Albans couple charged in death of 8-month old

A St. Albans couple is charged in connection to the death on an 8-month-old child. Twenty-five-year-old Chelbie Hudson and her boyfriend 38-year-old William Bowen are both facing charges in the incident last month. Authorities say the baby died from internal bleeding caused by blunt force trauma to the head.
