Special education teacher indicted on child abuse charges

A special education teacher in Mercer County has been indicted on child abuse charges. Surveillance video shows 58-year-old Marlene Sexton-Robinson grabbing a 5-year-old boy by the arm, and dropping a book bag on him. Robinson is chcarged with three counts of felony child abuse.
